Description
The STAMFORD S7 alternator range now features enhanced options, including water-cooling, allowing optimum cooling in restricted spaces, with a choice of anti-friction or sleeve bearing to meet specification needs, covering 1425 to 2644kVA with voltages 380-690V.
The STAMFORD S7 Water-Cooled alternator is designed with flexibility of applications usage, including PTO (Power Take Out) and PTI (Power Take In), a wide range of marine classifications including IP23 to IP44 (IP54 Terminal box) and SOLAS. Supporting overload capability of 110% for every one in twelve hours (as per ISO8528) and a 3 x short circuit handling capability are elements of the alternator design to maximise uptime.
